Razvan has dedicated himself to the study and practice of yoga since 1995, approaching it from an energy-centric perspective. His methodology integrates Hatha Yoga (Asanas, Pranayama with Mudras and Bandhas, leading to Dhyana), with elements drawn from Taoism Nei Dan (Internal Alchemy).

Razvan has diligently amassed thousands of hours of Yoga Teacher Training, including those offered by renowned institutions such as the Académie de Yoga (comprising 300 hours of post-teacher training), the Ecole Française de Yoga (900 Hours Yoga Teacher Training), YogaWorks (500 hours YTT), and Yogic Studies (Yoga Alliance Continuous Education).

Razvan embarked on his teaching journey in 2014, concurrently pursuing a corporate career. His teaching repertoire encompasses Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, and he is proficient in delivering instruction in English, French, or Romanian.
